    Project Brief – Remove old damaged Swimming pool & Spa. Reinstate like for like.

    By far the most complex project Water Technics has been involved in to date. The old pool, which was installed many years ago, was damaged when the customer drained too quickly.

    The pool was freeform with lots of curves on the walls and floor. Just to complicate matters, the pool walls formed part of subterrain rooms around the leisure complex!

    Structural engineers were involved extensively to not only design the swimming pool shell, but also make sure the building did not collapse whilst the demolition was taking place.

    The property is located at the top of a local Hill Climb Track, this meant strict traffic control amongst other considerations.

    The plantroom was also replaced with a basic water treatment system.
